“Alita: Battle Angel” is a science fiction action film based on Yukito Kishiro’s manga series Gunnm, also known as Battle Angel Alita. The film was directed by Robert Rodriguez and produced by James Cameron. It was released in the United States on February 14, 2019. There hasn’t been an official announcement regarding a sequel as of my last update in January 2022, so I can’t provide information on when or if a sequel will be released.
